Gary McBride
Gary has spent the last 14 years in the private health and fitness industry providing first class sports massage to some of the countries most talented athletes. This has included scottish premier league football teams, olympic athletes and the LETPI (ladies european golf tours performance institute).

Sofia Emond
Sofia’s career in Physiotherapy began with the Glasgow Warriors rugby club, where she developed strong experience in the rehabilitation and performance management of high-performance athletes. After this she moved into private hospital and clinical practice, specialising in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Holding a BSc in Kinesiology and Exercise Science (Virginia Commonwealth University), an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine (University of Glasgow), and a Doctorate in Physiotherapy (Glasgow Caledonian University).
Alongside clinical work, she lectures part-time at Glasgow Caledonian University and the City of Glasgow College, supporting students to develop clinical skills and confidence. Her approach combines patient education, strength-based rehabilitation, and person-centred care to support effective evidence-based recovery.

Johanna Hardie
Johanna earned her diploma in sports massage from The Western School of Massage at Glasgow Caledonian University. Now joining the Epione team Johanna is committed to further expanding her clinical experience while delivering high quality, client centred care. She is passionate about supporting her clients through every stage of their recovery and performance journey.
